Weather protection innovation. The 1461 shoe evolved into the 14XX Sub Shoe. An exxperimental construction fusing a waterproof base/outsole unit with a water-resistant Tailgate leather upper. Augmented with removable, adjustable gaiters built from lightweight Extra Tough 50/50 and Re-RipStop. The 3-eye boot and gaiter are both lined with WarmWair and DryWair fleece for additional cold and water protection. Set on a SoftWair insole for padded ergonomic comfort. Dr. Martens DNA is on display with an AirWair heel loop.
